Ezsign - how do you enable ezsign signature for additional documents?

Hi there - I have one addendum that I require a tenant signature for and the ezsign feature is NOT asking for signature on that page. How do you require a signature on an additional document?

Hello, is there a reason the system will not let my tenant sign the lease electronically?

The form has to be enabled for signature. Most forms are set by default, but if not, you may need to make a request that they enable that form for EZSign signatures. They add special coding to the forms. There may be a way you can do it yourself, but only if you know the special coding. They are slow to respond to making those types of updates, but you can try.
