Tenant moved out without providing notice. When I pointed them to the contract so they can pay the last months rent and provide proper notice, they were upset, but complied. The utilities in the house are turned off and a mess was left behind. Utilities are now in my name to prevent pipes freezing. The house is not is showing condition- Clean/Sanitized as contract states property should be kept.
I provided them with notice that I will enter the property as needed. Considering the home is vacant, I do NOT need to give a 24 hour for every entry correct?
