How will I know the lease was signed?Once you sign your lease, the system will send the lease to your tenants for signature. It will send to one tenant at a time.Once the Landlord signs, the first tenant will receive the ezSign request. The landlord will see on the HOMEPAGE when clicking on the saved lease, there are EMAILED READ RECEIPTS.After each tenant signs, a new read receipt will appear. You will know the first tenant signed when you see read receipts for the second tenant on your homepage.Once the last tenant signs, new read receipts for the landlord and all tenants will appear.The landlord will receive the signed lease via email as well as all of the tenants. The signed lease will also be saved in your ezLandlordForms account.
