Please log out of your account and back in, to refresh and process your order. To log out: Hover your mouse over YOUR NAME TAB (top right on the blue menu bar). Click on the last option: LOG OUT Sometimes if you create a document on the free account and then purchase pro, your document just needs a simple refresh. Once you log out and back in, you will be able to download the pro version. :)
