Tenant Screening ProcessOur tenant screening procedure requires active participation from the applicant. The applicant will first provide their basic information, which is then processed through TransUnion. TransUnion will generate a set of 3-5 multiple-choice verification questions, drawn from data that only the applicant would be familiar with. Upon completion of these questions, the results are securely transmitted to the landlord for review within 24 hours.This process ensures a thorough identity verification, helping to mitigate risks and enhance the integrity of the tenant selection process.
