The ezSign request is sent to each tenant individually, one at a time. Once the first tenant completes their signature, the request is automatically forwarded to the next tenant in line. This process continues until the final tenant has signed. Once all parties have signed, the fully executed lease is sent to both the landlord and all tenants. No party will receive the signed lease until the last tenant has completed their signature.
