The landlord will always sign first, but the order in which tenants sign can be adjusted. The ezSign request will be sent to tenants in the order they are listed on the lease. Therefore, to ensure a specific tenant receives the first signing request, make sure that tenant is listed first in the lease agreement during Step 1 of the lease builder process.
