Upon completion of the rental application, the landlord will have immediate access to the application results. If the landlord has requested screening reports, the applicant will be required to answer 3-5 multiple-choice verification questions at the conclusion of the application. Once these questions are completed, the screening reports will be generated and promptly sent to the landlord.Following submission, the landlord can review the application in real time. Most screening reports will be delivered within 24 hours, provided that all necessary information has been supplied by the applicant. Please note that weekends and holidays may impact the delivery timeline.
