Advertising Rental Property if Current Tenants do not want to renew.

When Can I legally start Advertising my Rental if the Tenants do now want to renew there lease. There lease is up March 31 2012. I know I can start showing it 14 day before the end of there lease per our lease agreement but when Can I put up a sign and advertise it?

You can put up a sign when ever you want UNLESS your lease says otherwise.
