My Tenat has been living for 3 years and now i have need in next mont if i notce him for leave is it valid before 30 days and , how i can find vacant my home soon. property management companies mn is the company that manage the property and rental real Estate in a very good Ideas for fix it's high value in the market .

I believe for MN notice must be sent to the tenant at least one full rental period plus one day before the last day of the tenancy. I googled it, and found that info. I am not sure what you mean by your other questions.

You gave me a good answer.If i want to change my tenant,I have to give a month notice.I also consulted from property management companies mn about this.They also gave me the same advice..
