Two bedroom apartment

I have a lady that wants to rent my two bedroom apartment.First, She said her two childred and herself will be moving in.NOW she wants to move in two clildred,boyfriend,brother. and mother.....................What should I do? Where do I stand here?

Say NO! Tell her the # of people exceed the amount for a 2 bedroom……On a side note, I would NOT rent to her even if she states she won’t have any more than her original 2 children. If you rent to her, she will have the others she mentioned moving in. -----Disclaimer: Since I’ve been answering a lot of questions, I thought I would make the following statement. I’m not affiliated with EZlandlord Forms. I’m just here (not sure how long) to help those that have questions. Having 40+ yrs with Rental Property and done well, it’s my way of “Pay it Forward (check out the movie).” However, it is up to you to become familiar with your State/Local laws.
