Criminal records

Hi I got a criminal records report. There are 14 records; however I don't see any explanation on them. What that means and how can I get more information about this?  Thanks  Ard

Ardeshir, you will need to check with the company providing the information to ask what it means. They can likely tell you.
Ask the tenant about the explanation of criminal records. I use tenant screening services from Hunter Rentals & Property Management. They check everything from criminal history, previous eviction to credit history of tenant.
