Hello - looking for feedback from what methods others use for back ground checks? ---paying a service to collect all data vs checking multiple locations your self thanks

I would suggest you to hire a property management company as they would perform a thorough background check of the tenants. I had hired Lone Star Realty to select tenants for my apartment and they checked the tenant's credit, national criminal record, sex offender status, previous evictions, income verification and identity check.

There are two authorized way of your solution. One is contact the real estate company and handle them all the procedure for your tenant selection. Another one is go with Credit screening services (like AAA credit screening) and get report before come on one decision.
