How do these work? How can you verify? Does it come directly to me?

Hi Tracy, The tenant screenings with us are carried out by Trans Union. Once you submit a request for a potential tenant they will be emailed to verify and approve by entering their vital info like SS# and so forth. Once they approve you will be able to see the results for the criminal and credit report in your ezLandlord account by going to Tenant Screening > View My Reports. You can always log in and look there to see the status of the report also.
