Denial Letter

How do I go about telling the potential renters that I have picked another renter to rent our house? It has nothing to do with their credit or anything negative. I just want to make sure that on the letter I was fair with the decision.  Thanks

That is stated perfectly there, you are sorry but have decided to go with another tenant. They do not need to have reasons and if there was a reason just say that they were better qualified for the rental unit. Just be sure to not discriminate or say anything that could be taken that way.
