Hello There, As a real estate from CA, can I help a friend in OR in getting tenant screening using my account?

I believe because the screenings provide personal information that this would probably not be a good idea. Maybe try getting the tenants approval to cover landlord and yourself from getting in trouble. If it were me though, I would not do it. good luck.
