Pennsylvania Law

Hi, does anyone know if I'm legally required (in PA) to provide a reason to prospective tenants whose application is denied?

I don't know about PA law specifically, but I always give a reason. Better to give an honest and defensible reason than be faced with answering a claim that you discriminated. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.
