Forms Not Going Through

Has anyone ever experienced the issue that an automated message from Landlord Forms is sent to you notifying you that applicant has received forms however applicant has Not received the forms?  Are forms only sent out certain times of day? Thanks in advance.

I have but I only have if I sent a tenant screening and the email is incorrect or i have been notified that the applicant has not completed the tenant screening and they expire i think after like 2 months to keep the info secure. Which makes my applicants happy but it is hard when they don't respond. I would click on the big yellow button the people are pretty helpful. Unlike contacting your cable company LOL
