Credit Report Interpretation

I just got back my first credit reports on perspective tenants and I am trying to figure out what the balance, limit and paid off columns mean especially under the collections section.  The balance and limit amounts are the same with the past due amount being $0.  Does an amount under the balance and limit title indicate the applicant still owes to the collection company listed?

Past Due 0, means the tenant does have a collection balance but is making payments. At least that is how i am taking it! lol
