"How this credt information will be used"

In WA we are required to disclose, before checks, how the information will be used in determining prospective tenants.  Is this something that is included in the online application/checks or do I need to provide separately?  How do I provide the needed criteria (level of detail, etc?  Also,  If someone fills out a handwritten app, how do I use the features available through the online option?

I would create a custom document with the criteria used to make your decision. On this site there is one for Texas, so i will customize that one and take Texas out of it. lol
Thanks!  I will look at it.  There so many forms available and I didn't even think of looking at a state form.  My search just gave me generic disclaimers.
