Pit bull mix?

How do you all handle the request for  a tenant to have  a pit bull mix? Dog has lived at the property and poses no threat to people. Previous PM made tenant remove the dog. She has asked to bring her back.   Owner liability? PM liability? I will ask the insurance company.  Just interested in how you all think! Thank you

I really don't like this discussion because dogs are trained and if you train violence the dog will be violent. There are liability insurances you can have the tenants get for dogs known to be so called "Dangerous dogs."
