Is it possible to screen a tenant credit/background if the tenant is unemployed?

I’d like to have both adults screened (my common practice), but the wife is unemployed.

I have the same issue with housewife case. if choose unemployment and income 0, I got error message that income should be greater than 0. is it a bug or a workaround?

Yes, even if the applicant is unemployed she can still have a credit report.
