what safety measures should be in place when showing the home? What forms should the clients complete before they can view the home?

I arrange for tours in 15 minute increments. Only one party is allowed in at a time if the tenant has not yet vacated. The prospective tenants have to stay together with me so that I can keep an eye on them.

Exactly, At a time only one party is allowed. When showing your buyer around the house, always start and finish the tour in what you consider to be the best room. It will create the best possible first impression and leave a great lasting impression too.
