Do prospective tenants have access to my information as a landlord such as address etc.?

I think they really need to know your cell as a way to contact you, no real reason to have your address

Unless you are using a management company, or operating as an LLC where your ownership can be shielded somehow, a person can google your name, look up your property on public property records where it lists the owner. Basically, within 5 minutes or a little more on the internet can pretty much reveal anything about you.
