vacation rental (short term) monthly, (California) what if necessary is the timeframe a landlord must return a security deposit after a tenant vacates a vacation rental? Does the 21 day apply? Where do I find this information?

21 calendar days or less after tenant moves, the landlord must send a full refund of the security deposit.
