Is it legal for a Landlord to have a standard lease for Tenants and a Sub-Lease for all other Occupants. Question is asked understanding that they two terms Tenants and Occupants can be interchangeable.

you can include the Occupants on the Lease, a Sub lease is a lease of a property by a tenant to a subtenant. (ie. if your tenant is renting out your place to someone else.)
