lot

Hi there, I own a mobile home that sits on a lot that I rent from another person. The tenant said that the lot owner told him that he could park a camper on the driveway of the lot to use for storage.  Come on..... can he do that?  I am trying to get this tenant to keep the place neat in appearance.
