Broken Lease

I rented to a couple from out-of-state.  Upon their arrival after signing a 1 year lease the wife decided she is having an allergic reaction to the home.  I have never had any complaints of this kind and I am wondering if they are still responsible for the term of the lease.  The home has fresh paint and the carpets are very clean.  I have had to re show the home which has taken up a lot of my time.  Does anyone know the legal aspects of this situation.  I think the wife just did not like the place.  My rental is situated in Alaska
