Massachusetts : can a tenant on a lease take her name off .

If you wanted to move, could anyone stop you? Probably not……. It depense on what you mean by “take her name off”. . -----Disclaimer: Since I’ve been answering a lot of questions, I thought I would make the following statement. my question is if the tenants split up and the mom wants to keep house , she is paying rent... boyfriend dont want to move out? what can i do?
