do you have a condo lease renewal form-i don't see on site-i used you for original lease with this tennant and now need to renew-

No you don't need to ask for a new security deposit. Most people only ask for an additional deposit if the tenant is less than stellar, even then it is rare. Security deposits follow the tenant from the time they move in, until after they move out.
