Leasing Issues
should I notify tenant of violations

All was fine with the tenant. All is not fine with the tenant now. Tenant's lease is non-renewed and is to vacate on 11/30. This probably won't happen, but that is besides this point. Tenant has violated a couple lease things. Should I notify tenant of them and ask to have them fixed in 14 days? If I do, should I put them all in one notice or in separate notices?

Yes, I would send violation notices and be sure to document all lease violations. If you end up needing to proceed with eviction, its good to have all your ducks in a row.

Thanks, Jessica. I have gone ahead and documented the violations.
