#32. Landlord's Remedies Cumulative: The rights and remedied of LANDLORD under this lease are cumulative,and the use of one or more thereof shall not exclude or waive the right to the use of any other remedy. This clause is what i am wondering about, Thank You if you can answer this. Shane
