In New Jersey ( NJ ) , can we put into a lease wording that would allow us to terminate a lease if we voluntarily decide to OR are required to elevate our home once the final FEMA guidelines are adopted? Thank you.

Traditionally, when new laws are put into place there is a good time frame given for actually updating your property. I am sure when that rule comes into place there will be additional guidelines to inform you.
