Is there a specific law that refers to new born in a rental property?

A landlord may not legally turn away or evict a tenant because he or she has children or because an applicant or tenant is pregnant. Perhaps i was not clear in my question. I have heard that when a tenant has a baby and they stop paying the rent for example, it is very difficult to evict them because the baby gives them different rights.

Babies do not give people different rights.
