Im in Oregon and have a tenent under a 2 year signed lease. Is it true they can get out of a 2 year lease with just 30 days notice and no penelties for breaking the lease early? What is the point to signing a longer team lease in the first place if that is correct? Let me know if this is correct. Thank you. Johnny

What Your tenant did is correct specially when he has given 30 day notice, its completely fine. Come on, don't bother You will easily get new tenants. rug pad
