Looking for Rental Agreement to include no use or growing of MJ

I have had rentals in the past prior to the legalization the medical marijuana craze, now that I am in a position of having a rental again I have been advised to have have restrictions on usage and growing. I have not come across anything on this website regarding it. Does anyone out there have a source?
