I went into a business. I signed a two year lease. Now I find I am not going to make it financially. It is getting worse and worse. I need to close the business. Can the lease be terminated on the fact that the business is going under?

Why dont you discuss this with your landlord. If you cant pay the bills, then I am sure he would prefer another tenant. Sorry about your biz.
