RE: Ending or renewing the lease agreement The Lease term is one year that was the ? as I would not want the tenant giving a 30 day notice after any time they could as it does say Lease term. The lease term was 1 year and not 30 days so would that not be a nother 1 year term and not go to a month to month as most leases state in them. EZ Landlord forms give you the tool in it to say Lease term.

A lease agreement is an agreement, signed by both parties based on terms. One of those terms is the time frame of the lease. Regardless of what a tenant "wants" agreed to terms, are terms that are agreed on.
