Breaking a lease

I signed a lease a few days ago and was not told until a second before signing that the lease is for 3 years.  I do not want to stay here for three years.  I was not shown the apt. until after I had signed.  I had already given my move out notice, had the movers there and changed my address.  Please help me; I will stay a year but no longer.  what can I do?
