continual repairs needed caused by misuse of appliances and etc

There is a number of constant requests for equipment repairs in one of the units we rent on a month to month basis. The tenant is handicapped but has the ability to operate all the appliances.

Hi Leslie, What is your question? If you haven't already instructed tenant on how to use the appliances, do so immediately and make the tenant aware that improper use of the appliances will result in charges to them for the repairs. Usually when tenants know they will be charged for something, the misuse stops. Good luck.
