Garage Door Opener Receipt? Where or where?

The Custom Lease Has a Deposit Reciept, but what do I do for a receipt if I needed to collect a $50 deposit for a garage door opener? Is it okay to just create one and add it to the lease? Thanks for any help!

You can create another one or add it in the custom agreement. I included mine in the custom agreement.
