Where can I find a legal binding contract for the state of Ohio that will allow an editable version of a land contract with option to purchase. I have a person who wants to purchase property where monies are paid monthly until property price is met plus closing costs.

I have had luck in my local town hall, you may want to check there. You will also be able to see what the local rules and regulations are.
