In CT - does a Landlord have to re-key door lock and mailbox locks between tenants?

They do not have to re-key in any state I believe, but if you are worried about it a very cost effective way to do so and easy way is these locks from kwik set that I have used on some of my properties.

many local hardware stores will re-key door locks if you bring the lock assembly.
