Name Change of Tenant

If a tenant changes their legal name after signing the lease does it void the lease?

Not at all, a name change does not void a lease the legal name and date of the when the person signed will hold up.  When a name is changed there is official documentation of it and that can be referred to if there is ever a legal issue.
