New Lease ... issue with requesting first, last month, security deposit, key deposit, and move out cleaning all up front.

I sent the lease with all of the above requested. Already we are missing all of Dec, 2014, with the mother of the renter getting upset cause I want the monies now. am I beind diffucult? Is there another way to procede with still receiving the amounts requested?

If this is the amount due at signing you are not being difficult. You need to collect the fund when the lease is signed and if that does not happen they do not get the keys, plain and simple. You are not being difficult if they do not deliver at the signing imagine how they will be for the rest of the term. This is a business, if they do not work start looking for a new tenant that will.
