Pet/comfort animal laws?

Are there any laws that require accepting comfort animals.  To be clear, I am not referring to registered service animals. Thanks.

No, and that is quite a silly term. If the person needs the pert medically then they should have it licensed as a service animal. All pets technically are comfort animals.
