I have a 65-year old woman who collects social security. Her daughter and son-in-law will be paying the rent. Do I make the lease out to the woman and have the payees co-sign? Never had this kind of situation before and need some advice. Thanks.

Yes, you would make the lease out as the older woman as the tenant and the daughter and son in law both as co-signers if they will both be the responsible financial parties. They would sign the lease and a separate co-signer agreement and would also get all documents that are required by your city/state to give to tenants or residents.
