applicant lied on rental application

applicant lied about how long she has been employed and income.. she said 2 yrs and her boss said a couple of months...her boyfriend and her income were way off once I saw the check stubs...what do I do? Can I Deny there application?

Yes, yes, yes. You can absolutely deny the application. Do not sign a lease. This is a pretty good sign that they will continue to not tell you everything. You can simply deny them on financial inadequacy. This is not discrimination, this is a truth that you feel that they will not have the means to pay the rent monthly and on time.
