Couple with two adult children--All 4 Adults on Lease?

An engaged couple is applying to rent my house, and they have two adult children (18 & 23) who are still living with them). Should I add all 4 adults to the lease?

I would only put the ones paying the Rent as tenants and the rest as occupants. It is up to you.
