Hello, I am looking for information for AZ rental rate increases. Is there a maximum amount /percent I can increase the tenant rental rate? Any information is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

There is no state regulation in Arizona for how much you can increase rent but you will need to make sure you give the proper amount of notice no matter how much you decide to increase. 30 days is the usual unless they are tenants that have been there for many year you may need 60 days.
